Birthday 2014

Yes, i do celebrate my birthday too :) and this is a late post to share my birthday last 2014. Im always on the look-out for a very cozy but very cheap hotel I can find online so to celebrate my birthday I opted to look for a hotel near Disneyland. My plan is to stay in the hotel for a day and enjoy Disneysea at night. Yes you heard it right. Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea has tickets for those who wants to enjoy attractions after 6. (http://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/ticket/night/index.html) This ticket is suitable for non beginners visitors who dont mind of taking pictures for momentos but just want to enjoy the night parade or taking the opportunity of enjoying rides on a shorter line because most visitors are already leaving the park. Just a tip though, in Disneysea you can try to line as "Single Rider" which means you will pass through the very long line because you are willing to be a "filler" for the ride. Which means again :) that for a ride that can accomodate 9 people and only 8 people on the regular line was able to fill it up, you can join them by filling in the vacant slot. This only valid for "Indiana Jones"  and "Ranging Spirit" though.

so, if you're to take the ride in the company of strangers, you may want to give it a try.

To top it all, I would like to share the highlights of my day, it is staying in a cheap but cozy hotel.
I was actually searching days before my birthday for a perfect staycation but this is far from perfect so to speak, because it fitted my budget and its close to Disney Resort.
I grabbed the promo from Willer Express Bus Website http://travel.willer.co.jp/hotel/?mid=440 about their latest addition to their site - booking a Hotel. I was able to get the one time promo that you will select the date and there is only one booking for the day for a random hotel. It cost us 5000yen for two person less discount of 500yen = 4500yen or 1800php only!  This was the greatest gift eveh!
The hotel name was "Hotel Franks"(http://www.francs.co.jp/movie.html). This is located near Makuhari Messe (where the annual Tokyo Game Show is being held)

So, that was it. I was very much thankful for 2014!, I wonder what's to look forward to on my next birthday! ;)
